Isaiah Quigley is a civil trial lawyer whose focuses include disputes arising out of business, real estate & commercial contracts, tort claims, marijuana industry, construction, business, and property matters. He practices in state, district, and federal courts, as well as regulatory proceedings (including MED), primarily in Colorado, and in arbitration proceedings across numerous jurisdictions.

  • Obtained and collected a $1.7 Million Dollar Judgement for his clients in an eight-day bench trial involving breached agreement for a transaction involving a Mortgage Business in Mesa County District Court Case No. 2016CV30088.

  • Obtained an $117,187.25 arbitration award after a three-day trial involving a business interest in a retail marijuana company in JAG Case No.
    2017-0676A.

  • Successfully obtained desired and valuable property interests for his client by proving adverse possession during a two-day trial in San Miguel County District Court Case No. 2016CV30043.

  • Represented individual objectors and defeated Powderhorn Ski Resort’s application for change in water use after a four-day trial to the Court in District Court Water Division 5 Case No. 2016CW3090.

  • Prevailed in a four-day trial to obtain and preserve historical easement rights through a parcel of property in Rio Blanco Case No. 2013CV30011.

  • After a three-day trial, caused for the removal of a non-conforming building of a tenant in violation of County Code and Lease in Gunnison County Case No. 2015CV001.

  • Successfully represented his client to extinguish a note and deed of trust in excess of $800,000 by summary judgment in Mesa County Case No. 2017CV30328.

  • Obtained a $200,000 arbitration resolution involving a Mesa County Wine venture.

  • Obtained a $377,294.00 judgement after a two-day trial, affirmed on appeal, in favor of a client in a partnership dispute involving real property in San Miguel County Case No. 2009CV0185.

  • Obtained a trial defense verdict after a two-day trial for a prominent restaurant in Grand Junction, Colorado in Mesa County Case No. 2015C1059.

  • Successfully represented numerous real property owners in FED (eviction) cases in western Colorado.
